Professor Dr. Jay Galbraith was until the year 2000 Professor at the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne; he is also Senior Research Scientist at the Centre for Effective Organisation and Professor of Management and Organisation at the University of Southern California.
Dr. Galbraith has specialised in organisation design, change and development with particular emphasis on international partnering arrangements including joint ventures and network organisations. His studies have covered the formation and development of joint ventures between Asian and Western companies.
