Sergio Marchi is a former Canadian politician who served as a federal Cabinet Minister in three different portfolios during his time in government: Citizenship and Immigration, Environment, and International Trade. He was also the Ambassador of Canada to the World Trade Organization (WTO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the Office of the United Nations (UN), in Geneva, 1999 – 2004, and a UN Migration Commissioner, 2004 – 2006. He also served as the former President of the Canada China Business Council. Sergio Marchi is an Adjunct Professor at Webster University, in Geneva, where he teaches a graduate course on Globalisation.

Kevin Mitnick is a well-known computer security expert. He first gained notoriety when was arrested by the FBI on February 15, 1995 and was convicted of wire fraud and of breaking into the computer systems of Fujitsu, Motorola, Nokia, and Sun Microsystems. He served five years in prison and was released on January 21, 2000. He subsequently went on to become the world’s foremost expert on cyber and computer security.
During Claude Smadja’s term as managing director of the World Economic Forum his portfolio of exceptional abilities included direct responsibility for the Annual Meeting in Davos, the Forum’s activities in Asia and especially direct responsibility for the yearly East Asia Economic Summit. He was also Chairman at the yearly financial services governors meeting, comprising most of the top executives of the major players in the sector.
