Max Chaya is one of only 20 people ever to do the earth three summits (Everest, North and South poles), and one of almost 100 to do the 7 highest summits. The “Seven Summits” are the highest point on each continent. Apart from being a tremendous challenge demanding great deal from climbers, attempting to complete this task offers the climbers a wide variety of experiences literally in every corner of the globe. To this day, there are no more than 89 climbers from 26 different countries who have completed the Carstensz version of the Seven Summits.

A graduate of the London School of Economics Max began a few years ago conducting passionate and inspirational lectures shedding light on his dream, plan and motivation as well as his drive, determination and focus to persevere and break through mental barriers while not forgetting to tolerate change in the aim of reaching the goal.[/expand]
Max draws on images from his library of breathtaking photographs, and quotes from his daily expedition journals to tell audiences about the extraordinary four-year journey he undertook to the top of the world. Subir Chowdhury has been a thought leader in quality management strategy and methodology for more than 20 years. Currently Chairman and CEO of ASI Consulting Group, LLC, he leads Six Sigma and Quality Leadership implementation, and consulting and training efforts. Subir’s work has earned him numerous awards and recognition. The New York Times cited him as a ”leading quality expert”; BusinessWeek hailed him as the “Quality Prophet.” The Conference Board Review described him as “an excitable, enthusiastic evangelist for quality.”
Dr. Michael Burleigh is an historian, commentator on global affairs, and CEO-Co Founder of the company Sea Change Partners LLP, a firm which specialises in political analysis and bespoke work on specific sectors for City and international clients who include bulge bracket brokers and hedge funds. Michael has also advised governments on counter-terrorism legislation and is a member of HMG’s Senior Advisory Group on the Commemoration of WW1.
Mohammad Khatami is one of the most eminent world leaders of our time. President of Iran from 1997 to 2005, he was chosen by over 20 million Iranians, nearly 70 percent of the vote. He fought for civil rights, tolerance and freedom of expression and favoured a free market economy, foreign investments and established better relations with the West. Today, with his Foundation for Dialogue Among Civilisations, Khatami speaks on the urgent need for dialogue between religions, among countries and across generations.
George Kohlrieser is an internationally recognised expert on leadership, bestselling author, consultant and motivational speaker. He is Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at one of the world’s leading business schools, the Institute of Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland. He specialises in conflict management, leadership, high performance teamwork, change management and professional development.
Araceli Segara is a model, television and radio presenter, a mountaineer and star of the IMAX film “Everest”. She is probably best known as the first Spanish woman to stand on the summit of Everest, and for the numerous climbing expeditions she has organised. In the spring of 2007 Araceli will be going back to Everest with the IMAX team to film a new documentary called ‘Return to Everest’.
Philip Merry is currently director of the Singapore based Philip Merry Consulting Group, specialising in building partnerships across cultures. PMCG is the only consulting firm in the world to represent and combine the work of culture and team gurus Charles Hampden-Turner, Fons Trompenaars and Meredith Belbin.
Kenton Cool is one of the world’s leading alpine climbers with 11 Everest Summits under his belt amongst other incredible feats of human achievement. He is Britain’s most successful Everest mountaineer and the second-most successful Western Mountaineer of all-time on Everest. In his latest expedition, May 2013 Ken has summited the three mountains of the Everest horseshoe – Everest (8,848m), Nuptse (7,861m) & Lhotse (8,516m) in one climb – completing the ultimate ‘Three Peaks’ challenge, becoming the first Mountaineer to summit the three mountains of the Western Cwm in one continuous climb. Kenton claimed an historic three peaks record for Britain in Everest’s 60th anniversary year.
