Professor Henry Mintzberg is Professor of Management at McGill University in Montreal, Canada and a Visiting Scholar at INSEAD in Fontainbleau, France. His entire career has focused on understanding how big business make decisions. In 2009 and 2007 Thinkers 50, the global ranking of management gurus, placed him among the list of most influential thinkers.

In 2003 he wrote and presented a six-part history of the British Empire for Channel 4. A prolific commentator on contemporary politics and economics, he writes and reviews regularly for the British and American press. He is a contributing editor for the Financial Times. Dr. David P. Norton is Founder and Director of Palladium, and co-founder of Balanced Scorecard Collaborative, an organization facilitating the global use and effectiveness of the Balanced Scorecard as a value-added management process. A frequent lecturer and writer, Dr. Norton’s work with the Balanced Scorecard has been the subject of many articles and public conferences and was selected by Harvard Business Review as one of the most influential management ideas of the past 75 years. He is also a best selling author, having published his most recent book, ‘Alignment: Using the Balanced Scorecard to Create Corporate Synergies’, in 2006.
Manfred Kets de Vries is a clinical professor of leadership development; he holds the Raoul de Vitry d’Avaucourt Chair of Leadership Development at INSEAD. He is the Director of INSEAD’s Global Leadership Centre, program director of INSEAD’s top management seminar, and the program “Consulting and Coaching for Change”, and has on five occasions received INSEAD’s distinguished teacher award. He is the author, co-author, or editor of more than twenty books and has published over 200 scientific papers.

Dave Ulrich is as a Professor of Business at the University of Michigan and a partner at the RBL Group, a consulting firm focused on helping organizations and leaders deliver value. He studies how organizations build capabilities of speed, learning, collaboration, accountability, talent, and leadership through leveraging human resources. He has helped generate award winning data bases that assess alignment between strategies, human resource practices and HR competencies.
Jeffrey Pfeffer is one of the most recognized experts in the field of organizational management. He has taught executive seminars in 27 countries in addition to lecturing in management development programs and consulting for many companies, associations, and renowned universities such as Harvard Business School. He currently sits on the board of directors for five companies and is also a member of the visiting committee for the Harvard Business School as well as on the advisory board for MTW Corporation, a software and computer consulting company.
