Andrew Scott is a renowned global macroeconomist with decades of experience as an academic, policy maker and public speaker. He is Professor of Economics at London Business School and formerly of Harvard, LSE and Oxford University. He served on the board and was Chair of Risk at the Financial Services Authority and has served as an advisor to a range of politicians, finance ministries and central banks. Between 2005 and 2014 he was Economic Advisor to the Prime Minister of Mauritius and a Non Executive Director of the State Bank of Mauritius.

Growing life expectancy over several decades now means that babies born in the West have a reasonable life expectancy of more than 100 and all of us are living substantially longer than our parents. Andrew and Lynda argue that the result is a massive change in how we live our life that will transform society and our working careers and lead to major shifts in how corporates interact with their employees. The implications for individuals, firms, markets, governments and above all society are transformational and are already beginning to manifest themselves.[/expand]
